We also collect AI Agent records of interactions and configurations, including session context, inputs, outputs, and system processes.
   3. USAGE AND DEVICE DATA. We collect usage data, device information, operating system, browser, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance metrics related to how You access and use the Services.
   4. MODEL SELECTION DATA. If You select among different AI models, We may collect information about the selected model, provider, pricing/credit events, and associated usage metadata.
   5. AGE RESTRICTIONS. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone below the minimum age required by applicable law or platform requirements ("Minors"). Minimum age requirements may vary by jurisdiction and platform.
   6. SUBSCRIPTION AND TRANSACTION DATA. We collect subscription status, plan tier, Credit balances, transaction metadata, and payment details. Payment details, provided to and processed by third-party app stores or payment processors, are not stored by Us and are managed in accordance with the applicable third-party privacy policies.
   7. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES. We may collect cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, analytics, security, and performance optimization. See Cookie Policy for details.

3. USE OF INFORMATION.

   We collect limited data necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; provide AI features and outputs; process purchases, subscriptions, manage Credit balances, enforce usage limits, and process payouts; publish generated outputs; provide support; monitor usage, detect abuse, and enforce policies; ensure security; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal, regulatory, or governmental requests. You hereby understand and agree that no expectation of privacy exists in such information.

   Where permitted by law, We may use information — including prompts, inputs, outputs, and interaction data — in an aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form for internal analytics, research, testing, system improvement, and quality assurance.

4. DATA SHARING.

   We do not sell personal data.

   We may share information with third-party service providers that support Our operations (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing, and payout facilitation), with legal authorities as required, and in the event of a business transaction (e.g., merger or acquisition). Depending on the AI model selected by a User, prompts, inputs, and outputs may be processed by different third-party AI providers in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies; model availability, performance, and data handling practices may vary by provider.

   We encourage Users to review the privacy policies of third-party services.

5. DATA RETENTION.

   We retain personal data, content data, usage data, and AI Agent interaction data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to operate the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud and abuse.

   Retention periods may vary based on data type, operational needs, and legal obligations.

6. DATA SECURITY.

   We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) to safeguard Your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or storage is absolutely and completely secure.

7. DATA CONTROLLER.
