MONETIZATION POLICY

INTRODUCTION.
This Monetization Policy ("Policy") governs creator monetization features offered through the Services operated by PROMPT MINE AI LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service (the "Terms") and applies to all Users who create, sell, or otherwise monetize content or prompts through the Services. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE.
The Services may allow Users to monetize certain content, features, or digital goods made available through the Services (each, a "Monetization Program"). References to "Monetization Programs" are used solely for organizational clarity and do not imply participation in a separate creator, partner, or affiliate program.
This Policy sets forth general rules applicable to all Monetization Programs, with program-specific terms set forth in designated sections below. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no monetization terms apply beyond the specific program identified.

DEFINITIONS.
For purposes of this Policy:
- "Creator" means an eligible User who participates in a Monetization Program by offering Monetized Content through the Services.
- "Monetized Content" means any User-generated content, configuration, workflow, template, prompt, or other digital asset that the Company permits to be offered for purchase, unlock, or revenue sharing through the Services.
- "Net Revenues" has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4 of this Policy and applies only to Premium Prompts unless expressly stated otherwise.
- "Premium Prompt" has the meaning set forth in Section 6 of this Policy.

GENERAL MONETIZATION TERMS.

ELIGIBILITY.
Participation in Monetization Programs is optional and is subject to eligibility requirements and Company review. To participate in any Monetization Program, You must:
- maintain an active account in good standing;
- comply with the Terms, this Policy, relevant Addendas, and any applicable laws;
- maintain a Company-approved and valid linked digital payment account; and
- provide information reasonably required for compliance, payouts, or fraud prevention.
- NO GUARANTEED EARNINGS. The Company does not guarantee sales volume, demand, discoverability, visibility, or earnings for any Monetized Content.
- PLATFORM FEES, TAXES, AND WITHHOLDING. You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from monetization. The Company may collect tax information, issue tax forms, or withhold amounts where required by law, platform rules, or payment providers. Failure to provide required tax information may result in delayed or suspended payouts.

PROGRAM CHANGES AND TERMINATION.
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Monetization Program at any time, subject to applicable law.
If a Monetization Program is discontinued, the Company may provide reasonable notice and allow outstanding eligible earnings to be paid in accordance with this Policy and the Monetization Program.

ELIGIBILITY.
Participation in Monetization Programs is optional and is subject to eligibility requirements and Company review. To participate in any Monetization Program, You must:

ENFORCEMENT AND COMPLIANCE.
The Company may remove, disable, de-list, demonetize, or restrict Monetized Content that violates any policy or applicable law. Monetized Content must comply with:
- the Terms of Service;
- Acceptable Use rules;
- intellectual property laws;
- this Monetization Policy; and,
- all applicable content standards.
The Company may withhold, reverse, or adjust payouts in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or enforcement actions.

NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY RELATIONSHIP.
Participation in any Monetization Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between You and the Company. You act solely as an independent User of the Services.

PREMIUM PROMPTS.
This Section 6 applies only to the Premium Prompt Monetization Program.

DEFINITION OF PREMIUM PROMPTS.
Premium Prompt ("Premium Prompt") means a prompt, instruction set, configuration, workflow, or other user-generated input designed by a Creator as paid or unlockable content within the Services, which may be previewed but cannot be executed, used, or accessed in full by other Users without payment.
Pricing for Premium Prompts is set by the Company or, where permitted, by the Creator, subject to Company controls. The Company may impose minimum or maximum pricing, promotional pricing, or other conditions at its discretion.
Premium Prompts are digital goods. Purchasers receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Premium Prompt within the Services only, subject to the Terms, this Policy, applicable Addendas, and any applicable usage limitations. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred. -
ACCESS AND USE.
Premium Prompts may be displayed with limited previews or descriptions. Users do not obtain access to execute or use a Premium Prompt unless payment is successfully completed.
The Company may impose limitations on pricing, visibility, discoverability, execution frequency, or availability at its discretion. -
REVENUE SHARE FOR PREMIUM PROMPTS.
Creators who sell Premium Prompts are currently eligible to receive seventy-percent (70%) of Net Revenues generated from purchases of their Premium Prompts, with the Company retaining thirty-percent (30%).
This revenue share applies exclusively to Premium Prompts and does not apply to any other Monetization Program unless expressly stated by the Company in writing.
Revenue share percentages may be updated prospectively by the Company and will not apply retroactively. - DEFINITION OF NET REVENUES (PREMIUM PROMPTS). Net Revenues ("Net Revenues") means the amounts actually received by the Company from end-user purchases of Premium Prompts, minus applicable third-party platform fees (including app store fees), payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, chargeback fees, fraud-related reversals, taxes collected and remitted (such as sales tax, VAT, or GST), and other similar transaction-level deductions or adjustments.

PAYOUTS AND THRESHOLDS.
Creator earnings from Premium Prompts are processed on a batched monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of twenty U.S. dollars (US $20). Earnings below the threshold roll over to subsequent payout periods until the threshold is met.
Payout timing may vary based on payment provider processing schedules, compliance checks, or risk reviews. The Company does not guarantee payout timing or frequency and may delay or withhold payouts where required by law, platform rules, or fraud prevention measures.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY.
We may update, modify, change, supplement, or add to this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be effective immediately when posted. Please review this Policy periodically to ensure that You continue to agree with all of its terms. Your continued participation in any Monetization Policy after updates become effective constitutes Your acceptance of the updated Policy.
